Noted as a “lighter” oil — Cherry Kernel Oil can be used as-is or blended with various other oils to create anything your heart can dream up!
Molecularly, this oil is very similar to almond oil and peach kernel oil. Its rich in Vitamin A, and Vitamin E which will lend it to having a long shelf life, due to the preservative properties that vitamin E contains. Blend Cherry Kernel Oil with a heavier oil – like macadamia nut oil and you will have an excellent massage oil!
Its expeller pressed but it has been refined by steam methods, so the scent and color are both considered non-existent.
