Epsom Salt
Discover the benefits of this 100% natural mineral. People often call this a “salt” because it looks like a salt, however its technically a mineral.
Used in the bathtub as a soaking aid, Epsom Salt will provide soothing relief from minor arthritic pain and reduce stiffness and soreness of the joints while deeply cleaning the pores of your skin. Used as a compress it will help with painful bruises, sprains, bug bites and help draw out splinters. Or add to body scrub recipes for a terrific skin exfoliant! Try this great recipe!
- 1 cup fine grain sea salt
- 1 cup grated white glycerin melt & pour soap base (or dry bubble bath)
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 5 drops any colored liquid colorant
- 8 drops coconut fragrance oil
- 5 drops pineapple fragrance oil
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the liquid colorant and fragrance oils and stir very well. Store in an air-tight container and shake once a day for a few days. Add to rushing water and enjoy!

This mineral “salt” is 100% pure, but since it doesn’t meet the FDA’s requirement of being field grown, it is not certifiable. If it were possible, we would have this item marked as organic. It can however, be sold as 100% natural.
