To extract the benefits of Ginger Root C/S into your recipes, I suggest steeping it like a tea in either water or oil – once it has released its benefits – strain it well, discard the root and use as a portion of your recipes oil or water content. If you are making body wraps, I suggest using ginger water as some or all of the wetting agent, work it into the clay or mud.
