Juniper Berry Essential Oil is similar in scent to pine oil, but with a hint more of camphorous-spicy notes.
Juniper Berry Essential Oil is used in massage blends to help reduce pain, inflammation and cramping of muscles. It also helps increase circulation and is said to be excellent for both varicose veins and reduce fluid retention during PMS. Do not use this oil if you have any sort of kidney issues.
As with all essential oils, dilute into carrier oils before applying them directly onto the skin. Keep oils away from eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Stop using if there is any irritation. Research each oil well before using. Some oils cannot be used by those with certain health conditions.
