This Marjoram (Sweet) Essential Oil holds a scent that is a cross between a sweet & spicy herb with a very slight camphor note.
Herbalists use this oil in massage blends for those who suffer from any type of cramping issues such as leg/muscle cramps to menstrual cramping. It also is used in dream pillows as a calming scent and is believed to assist with insomnia and migraine issues.
As with all essential oils, dilute Marjoram (Sweet) Essential Oil into carrier oils before applying them directly onto the skin. Keep oils away from eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Stop using if there is any irritation. Research each oil well before using. Some oils cannot be used by those with certain health conditions.
