Lemon Peel Extract is a natural additive, manufactured through an extraction process from fresh lemon peels. You can try incorporating it into any aquatic beauty care recipe where you desire the benefits of lemon.
Our tinctures are a concentrated, liquid extract of plant material. They are easy to use, and often more convenient than extracting the plant material yourself.
In this version, we have extracted the benefits of lemon peels into an alcohol base.
If you are looking to add the benefits of alpha hydroxy’s into your formulations, then we suggest picking up a bottle of Lemon Peel Extract. When a formulation contains high levels of alpha hydroxy’s, it is like exfoliating your skin without the use of a scrubbing agent. In this process, dead skin cells are broken down and the new skin cells that reside underneath are revealed. This process is, of course, temporary but noticeable.
This product is designed for external use only. Use at a ratio of .5-2%.
