Widely known and used for its ability to combat against those pesky fleas, flies and mosquitoes — this oil can be used to make homemade bug repellents for both humans and animals or used to make outdoor candles.
This Citronella Essential Oil, Conventional, is generally not used in cosmetic making as it can irritate the skin. It holds a very sharp lemon-ish, camphor scent, which makes it excellent for repelling bugs.
Cultivation: Wild harvested. This means that this plant material was found in areas that were not from a farmed plantation, most often well away from highly populated areas, making it an extremely nil risk of being chemically treated. In our opinion wild harvested products are sometimes better than organic, because it was grown entirely by nature without the intervention of mankind.
