Also known as Shavegrass, this Horsetail C/S herb is reputed as a cell regenerator inside human bones. This is achieved from the naturally occurring silica which draws calcium unto itself. This makes it a possible treatment for osteoporosis, through either supplements or used within drinkable teas.
Other benefits have been listed as cellulite treatment (both topically & internally), lowering blood pressure, kidney stones, bladder infections, and the list goes on.
Horsetail C/S shouldn’t be consumed by those who are pregnant or nursing.
