If you are formulating a sunscreen recipe, adding this oil to your blend will also help protect your skin from UV rays.
Sesame Seed Oil is naturally antibacterial which helps with common skin fungi, such as athlete’s foot. It is naturally antiviral, as well as an anti-inflammatory agent.
Apparently, the queens of Egypt use to blend this oil with honey to help retain their youthful appearance.
Since this oil has not been heated or bleach treated, it does hold its natural nutty scent and deep yellow color.
