Lemon Peel Powder makes a wonderful natural colorant to cold process soap recipes and a great addition to salves and body care products where a mild cleansing action is desired.
To use in cold process recipes, add 2 tablespoons at trace and blend well (for a 5lb. batch of soap). The color will be a lovely pale yellow.
Try adding a small amount of this product to sugar or salt-based body scrubs, or soaking bath salt recipes. It will lend a mild astringent with a slight lemon scent.
This Lemon Peel Powder is food grade quality and can be used in baking or other manners of consumption as well as in beauty care recipes.
