Nutmeg is mainly used in baked goods and blends with cinnamon and cardamom.
Cardamom is often used in sweet or savory dishes. it combines well with apples, bananas, cinnamon, citrus, and coconut.
Mace is commonly used in desserts, cooked fruit, and cookies
